Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from creating a new account on the Platform.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
